Chiltern Hundreds Housing

Chiltern Hundreds Housing was formed in 1988 as a result of the first large scale voluntary transfer in the UK. CHH owns and manages 8,500 properties throughout the south and east Midlands. Whilst its core activities remain in the Buckinghamshire area, CHH operates in 37 local authority areas.

We work in partnership with Councils to provide homes for local people and initiatives to sustain the community.  We provide a variety of affordable homes for families and individuals which include both rented, sheltered retirement schemes and shared ownership properties.  We also take a lead in finding solutions to housing need in high cost housing areas through key worker and starter homes initiatives.

CHH has a strong commitment to modernise service delivery and increase customer involvement and hold Charter Mark status.
